Fashion Boots

Although Horace Batten built its reputation as an equestrian bootmaker, that same skill and experience has also led to requests for more fashion-led boots. Over the years, this has included work for Vogue magazine, along with a number of distinctive styles created for customers looking for something more individual.

Our fashion boots are still made with the same care, fit and traditional construction as our riding boots, but allow more freedom in style, leather choice and finish. Heel height is limited by the lasts available, so we are not able to offer high-heeled boots, but there is still plenty of scope to create something elegant, practical and personal.

A bespoke pair of fashion boots gives the customer the chance to be involved from the first idea through to the finished pair. If you have a particular style, leather or design in mind, we would be very happy to discuss it with you.
