Having boots made without visiting us in person is not our preferred route. A perfectly fitting pair of bespoke boots is best achieved when we can measure your legs and feet ourselves.

However, we understand this is not always possible, particularly for international customers or those unable to travel to the workshop. In these cases, remote measuring may be considered, but only after direct consultation with us.

Remote orders involve additional steps, costs, and limitations. As we are not carrying out the initial measurements ourselves, we cannot offer the same guarantee of fit as we would with an in-person appointment.

To proceed remotely, we would require a completed measurement form, clear photographs, a detailed order form, and a foam foot impression. If you have well-fitting boot trees, these may also be useful if sent to us.

Additional charges apply, including shipping and remote fitting costs. A 75% upfront payment is required before the order can be actioned.

Once everything has been received, the boots would be made to a three-quarter complete stage before being shipped to you for fitting. Where possible, we would then arrange a video call to assess the fit before completion.
