The Horace Batten Wax Calf Riding Boot Care Kit contains everything you need to care for your new or well-loved traditional black wax calf riding boots.

The kit includes:

1 x large genuine horsehair shoe brush
1 x tin of Neutral Polish
1 x tin of Black Wax Polish
2 x application sponges
1 x bottle of specially formulated leather oil
1 x bar of beeswax
1 x deer bone

When used correctly, this care kit will help prolong the life of your boots and keep them looking smart every time you wear them.

Our leather polishes have been specially developed to complement the Horace Batten boot range. The included Black Wax Polish is designed for wax calf leather boots and helps achieve the traditional polished finish associated with this type of leather.

The deer bone and beeswax are used as part of the traditional wax calf finishing process, helping to smooth, refine and polish the leather surface when carried out correctly.

Over time, leather can dry out. Applying oil at the end of the season can considerably prolong the life of your boots. We recommend our specially formulated leather oil for boots that have become hard, particularly on the inside, due to horse sweat and general wear. It can be applied with a sponge in less than 30 seconds.
